Tyler and I saw Hedwig and the Angry Inch! Best... Rock... Musical ... EVER!

a beautiful glamfilled sky going in...

and another creepy Edinburgh Night comming out.

and since we are on the subject of odd musical quirks let me tell you about this store...

if you have read my past entry about the Unicorn in Oxford.. this place is the music unicorn... it is really really scary. Tyler and i went in innocently looking for a record of hot august nights... the Neil Diamond record as a joke for Billy and a birthday gift. And we walked in and found this!

and this

and this and a troll of a man that was more like the comic book guy in the simpsons than like Rob.

Tyler and I are hoping to go on the ghost tour tonight. Below are some fun facts that will tell you have freaking creepy edinburgh is... because it is creepy. I asked him where and how he thought the tour would end and he said with him, crying in a corner scared to move... sound fun?

from Travelers Digest, most haunted locations:
This magnificent castle is typically medieval, perched atop a rocky crag, giving it an amazing vista of Scottish hills. But inside the empty halls and narrow streets of Edinburgh, there are the echoes of the dead. At least, that's what has been reported. Hot spots for specters include the castle's prison cells, the South Bridge vaults and Mary's King Close, a disused street used to quarantine and eventually entomb victims of the plague. There are also reports of ghost dogs, a headless drummer, and the bodies of prisoners taken during the French seven-year war and the American War of Independence. In fact, there was such a glut of reports that in 2001, a scientific research team headed by Dr. Richard Wiseman, a psychologist from the University of Hertfordshire, set out to find quantitative proof.
